Pat isn't a member.

The passage essentially says if you are a club member and have rented more than 10 videos in the past month, you can get the coupon from the location you last rented a movie from. And if you haven't rented that many, you can get the coupon but only at the Main Street location.

Pat, however, can get a coupon from the Walnut Lane location even though she has not rented more than ten videos in the past month.

This contradicts the coupon conditions of a member. Therefore, she isn't a member - and is getting the coupon through some non-member route.
